To uncover your true potential you must first find your own limits and then you have to have the courage to blow past them.
To uncover your true potential you must first find your own limits and then you have to have the courage to blow past them.
I have been a registered nurse since 2008, earning my degree from Felician College and later completing my Master’s as a Nurse Practitioner at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in both emergency and internal medicine, gaining extensive experience in managing acute and chronic health conditions. To deepen my expertise, I earned an advanced certificate in obesity medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association and became a Certified Nutrition Coach, combining my clinical knowledge with my passion for preventative care and patient empowerment.
My personal journey has greatly influenced my professional mission. Like many, I’ve struggled with weight, especially during a rough patch in my life. That experience not only gave me empathy for the challenges my patients face but also fueled my drive to help others overcome their obstacles. I firmly believe that most medical problems can be prevented through a healthy diet and consistent exercise, and I am dedicated to helping my patients transform their health—one step, one person at a time.
The phoenix serves as a powerful symbol of my approach to health and wellness. I view weight loss as more than a physical transformation—it’s a journey of persistence, resilience, and self-discovery. Just as the phoenix rises from the ashes stronger than before, I encourage my patients to embrace setbacks as opportunities to rebuild and grow, unlocking their potential and finding the legend within themselves.
Outside of my work, I enjoy staying active through working out, hiking, and exploring new destinations through travel. These activities not only fuel my passion for wellness but also remind me of the importance of balance and self-care.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I am committed to inspiring others to take control of their health, transform their habits, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we can rise stronger and healthier than ever before.
